Pansexual-Mannerspunk isn't quite a genre, but if it were, THE PRIVILEGE OF THE SWORD by Ellen Kushner and KUSHIEL'S DART by Jacqueline Carey would probably qualify. Reviews of those books, plus the graphic novel Y THE LAST MAN in this week's episode.

PRIVILEGE OF THE SWORD by @ellenkushner Smart story about honor, etiquette. Complicated portrayal of sexuality is realistic, sexy. Love it!

KUSHIEL'S DART by @jcareyauthor A very political sort of fantasy novel. Edgy, sometimes sexy, sometimes disturbing, always compelling.

Y THE LAST MAN by Brian K Vaughn. Post apocalypse novel. Women as villains, heroes, and morally grey. Provocative, imaginative. Recommended.
